FY24/25 saw Mosaic Community Trust achieve significant milestones across our four pillars of work - Advocacy, Community Inclusion, Health Literacy, and Sector Partnerships - strengthening our support for global majority women and families in Church Street. From expanding our One Stop Service to deepening NHS collaborations and reaching over 500 residents, this year reflects both growth and stronger community leadership.
