2025 - 2030 Strategic Plan
Mosaic Community Trust’s new five-year strategy sets out a renewed commitment to women and families in Church Street and the surrounding areas. Rooted in the belief that strength already exists within our communities, this plan marks a clear shift towards an asset-based model - recognising the knowledge, resilience, care, and leadership that women bring, and building the conditions for these strengths to flourish.
Our approach focuses on improving health and wellbeing, tackling inequalities, amplifying women’s voices, and supporting mothers as leaders in youth safety and community life. By investing in community-led solutions, partnership working, and long-term resilience, we aim to create the environments where families can thrive and shape change in their neighbourhoods.
